UCSL Recruitment 2026: 15 Supervisor Posts Announced – Apply Online

Udupi Cochin Shipyard Limited (UCSL) has released a new recruitment notification for the year 2026. According to the official notification, a total of 15 vacancies are available for the posts of Supervisor (Mechanical), Supervisor (Electrical), and Supervisor (Finance). Candidates who have completed ITI, Diploma, BBA, B.Com, or BBM can apply for these posts. Qualification

• Supervisor (Mechanical): Candidates must have a three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized State Board of Technical Education. Candidates with ITI (NTC) in Welding, Sheet Metal Worker, Bench Fitter, Fitter, or Plumber trade can also apply. Diploma holders should have 7 years of experience and ITI holders should have 15 years of experience.
• Supervisor (Electrical): Candidates must have a three-year Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. ITI (NTC) in Electrical or Electronic trade is also acceptable. Diploma holders need 7 years of experience and ITI holders require 15 years of experience.
• Supervisor (Finance): Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Business Management with at least 60% marks from a recognized university. Minimum 7 years of experience is required.

Salary Details

• 1st Year: Rs.40,650 per month
• 2nd Year: Rs.41,490 per month
• 3rd Year: Rs.42,355 per month
• 4th Year: Rs.43,246 per month
• 5th Year: Rs.44,164 per month

Age Limit

• Maximum Age Limit: 45 years (as on 22 April 2026)
• SC/ST Candidates: 5 years age relaxation
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years age relaxation
• Persons with Disabilities: 10 to 15 years relaxation depending on category
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government rules
