Qualification
Candidates must have the required qualification and experience for the post they are applying for. The main requirements are given below:
- Drone Pilot: Valid DGCA-approved Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC). Experience in operating drones is preferred.
- Drone Co-Pilot: Certification in drone operations or relevant technical qualification is preferred. Freshers interested in drone technology may also apply.
- Car Driver: Valid LMV driving licence and relevant driving experience.
- Cook Helper: Experience in kitchen or catering work is preferred. Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness is required.
- Tender Executive: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Administration, Commerce or any recognized discipline with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in tender management or procurement.
- RPTO Instructor: DGCA-certified drone pilot with at least 1 year of experience in training or drone piloting.
- Supervisor: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field. Experience in supervision, monitoring or related work is preferred.
- Cook: Experience in cooking for offices, hostels, institutions or catering services is preferred.
- House Keeping: Experience in housekeeping or office maintenance is preferred.
- RPTO Supervisor: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Management or any discipline. Relevant experience in the aviation or drone industry is preferred.

Final selection will be based on the performance of eligible candidates in the selection process.
