TNSRLM Madurai Recruitment 2026: 127 Community Bank Coordinator Posts – Apply Offline

TNSRLM Madurai Recruitment 2026 notification has been released by the Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihood Mission (TNSRLM) to fill 127 Community Bank Coordinator posts. Qualification

• Candidates must have passed 12th Standard.
• Must be able to read and write both Tamil and English.
• Should possess basic mathematical calculation skills.
• Must be a female member of a Self-Help Group (SHG) affiliated with the Panchayat Level Federation (PLF).
• Should have at least 2 years of experience as an SHG Animator or Facilitator.
• Must not be working as a community-based organization staff member or as a full-time employee in a private company.
• Must not belong to a group with overdue loans or Non-Performing Assets (NPA).
• Should belong to the respective Panchayat area where the service will be provided.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Experience in bank visits, transactions, and loan application processes is required.
• Computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Should know how to use SMS, WhatsApp, and Android mobile applications.

Salary Details

• Honorarium: Rs. 2,500/- per month
