Qualification
- Candidates must have passed 12th Standard (HSC).
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Only members belonging to the concerned Panchayat or Panchayats are eligible.
- Must possess good reading and writing skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic mathematical knowledge is required.
- Good communication skills are necessary.
- Must be willing to travel to villages, conduct field visits, and handle loan application-related work.
- Preference will be given to candidates with computer knowledge.
- Preference will also be given to candidates who can ride a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Applicants must own an Android mobile phone and know how to use mobile applications, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- In special cases where 12th-pass candidates are unavailable, 10th-pass candidates may be considered with approval from the District Collector Committee.
