Qualification
- Audiologist / Audiologist (Speech): Bachelor Degree in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology or B.Sc (Speech & Hearing) from RCI recognized institute
- Audiometrician: High School with Diploma / Certificate programme
- Therapeutic Assistant: Diploma Nursing Therapist Course (Govt. of TN certificate)
- MTM (HI): +2 Science group with Health Inspector Training
- Counsellor (ICTC): Master / Bachelor Degree in Social Work / Public Administration / Psychology / Sociology
- Radiographer: B.Sc Radiography or Diploma in Radiographer Course
- Hospital Worker: Minimum 8th standard pass

Salary Details
- Audiologist – Rs. 23,000 per month
- Audiologist (Speech) – Rs. 23,000 per month
- Audiometrician – Rs. 17,250 per month
- Therapeutic Assistant – Rs. 15,000 per month
- MTM (HI) – Rs. 14,000 per month
- Counsellor (ICTC) – Rs. 18,000 per month
- Radiographer – Rs. 13,300 per month
- Hospital Worker – Rs. 8,500 per month
