Qualification

• CSA / Clerk: Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks.
• PO: Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks.
• Risk Officer: MBA (Finance) or Master Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Econometrics with 60% marks.
• Chartered Accountant: Must be a qualified CA.
• IT Officer: Engineering or PG Degree in relevant IT fields or DOEACC ‘B’ level.
• Law Officer: LLB Degree with minimum 50% marks and must be enrolled as an advocate.
• Credit Officer: Graduate + MBA / MMS / PGDM / PGDBM (Finance) with 60% marks.
• Agricultural Field Officer: 4-year Degree in Agriculture or related subjects.
• HR Officer: Graduate + Full Time PG Degree or PG Diploma in HR fields.
• Manager (IT): Engineering or PG Degree in IT fields or DOEACC ‘B’ level.
• Manager (Risk): MBA (Finance) or Master Degree in Maths / Statistics / Econometrics.
• Manager (CA): Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Manager (Law): LLB Degree and registered advocate.
• Manager Security Officer: Graduation with minimum 50% marks.

Salary Details

• CSA / Clerk: Rs.24,050 – Rs.64,480 per month
• PO / Officers / Managers: Rs.48,480 – Rs.93,960 per month (based on post)

Age Limit

• For Officer Grade / CSA / Clerk: 21 to 32 years
• For Manager Posts: 25 to 35 years
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwBD (Gen/EWS) – 10 yrs, PwBD (SC/ST) – 15 yrs, PwBD (OBC) – 13 yrs

Application Fee

• Customer Service Associate: Rs.1,000
• All Other Posts: Rs.1,500
