Salary Details
- Data Entry Operator: ₹15,000 per month
- The post is on a contractual basis with consolidated pay.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years
- Age will be calculated as on 01.09.2026.
- Candidates should not have been born before 02.09.1991.

Selection Process
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
- Written Test: 25 Marks
- Skill Test: 25 Marks
- Viva Voce: 50 Marks
Written Test:
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Total Questions: 25 Multiple Choice Questions
- Total Marks: 25
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 10
The written test will cover Windows and Linux basics, networking, PDF and document handling, video conferencing, hardware troubleshooting and internet basics.
Skill Test:
- Total Marks: 25
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 10
- Scanning and converting documents to OCR
- Conversion of PDF to OCR
- Handling LibreOffice
- Configuring Local Area Network and IP configurations
- Hardware troubleshooting and driver installation
Candidates will be shortlisted for Viva Voce based on merit in the Written-cum-Skill Test. The candidates will generally be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3 among the qualified candidates. Candidates with equal marks will also be called for Viva Voce.
Viva Voce:
- Maximum Marks: 50
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 20
- The Viva Voce will assess the candidate’s suitability, skills, attitude, ethics, character, computer skills, computer network knowledge, database knowledge and operating system knowledge.
Final selection will be made based on the total marks obtained in the Written-cum-Skill Test and Viva Voce. If two or more candidates secure equal marks, the candidate senior in age will be placed higher in the merit list.
