Qualification

Manager – Branch Management

• Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
• 3 years of experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank or Scheduled Private Sector Bank.
• At least 2 years of experience in Branch Banking.
• Experience as Scale I Branch Head will be preferred.

Manager – IT

• B.E./B.Tech in CS / IT / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation, or MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT from a Government recognized University/Institution.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in IT.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking/BFSI environment.
• Experience in the specialised technology domains specified in the notification.

Manager – Information Security

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Cyber Security or Information Security, or M.E./M.Tech in the specified disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience.
• Experience in at least any three of the specified information security domains.

Manager – IS Audit

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication or Cyber Security, or M.E./M.Tech in the above disciplines / MCA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Experience in Information Security/IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit in Banking/BFSI, or the alternative IT experience mentioned in the notification.

Senior Manager – IT

• B.E./B.Tech in CS / IT / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation, or MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT from a Government recognized University/Institution.
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in IT.

• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Database Administration.
• Minimum 5 years in Production Database Administration.
• At least 3 years in Banking/BFSI domain supporting mission-critical applications.

Senior Manager – Network Administrator

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communications / Electronics and Instrumentation, or M.Tech in the specified disciplines, or MCA from a Government recognized University/Institution.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Network Operations.
• Experience in Network Security using Cisco FTD and Check Point Firewalls.

Senior Manager – Cyber Security Administrator

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Cyber Security or Information Security, or M.E./M.Tech in the specified disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in any two of the domains specified in the notification.

Manager – Credit

• Bachelor’s degree with Post Graduation in MBA (Finance), PGDBA, PGDBM or Master of Management Studies (Finance), or Chartered Accountant (CA), or Cost Management Accountant (CMA).
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in Bank/Financial Institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the domain of credit.

Senior Manager – Credit

• Bachelor’s degree with Post Graduation in MBA (Finance), PGDBA, PGDBM or Master of Management Studies (Finance), or Chartered Accountant (CA), or Cost Management Accountant (CMA).
• Minimum 6 years of post-qualification work experience in Bank/Financial Institution.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the domain of credit.

Senior Manager – Risk

• Graduation in any discipline and MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance)/PGDBF/Master of Financial Management (MFM)/Master of Finance and Control (MFC)/Masters in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics.
• OR Graduation in any discipline with Certification in Financial Risk Management from GARP USA / Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience as an officer in the specified areas.

Assistant Manager – Security

• Graduate from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-month Certification course in Computer, or Information Technology or Computer Science related paper as one of the subjects at graduation level or afterwards.
• Service experience as a retired JCO/equivalent, Inspector/equivalent in Paramilitary Forces, or Police Officer not below the rank of Inspector, as specified in the notification.
• Applicants presently serving with discharge date on or before 30.09.2026 can also apply.

Salary Details

JMGS-I

• Starting Basic Pay: ₹48,480 per month
• Basic Pay increases by ₹2,000 per year for 7 years.
• Then it increases by ₹2,340 per year for 2 years.
• Then it increases by ₹2,680 per year for 7 years.
• Maximum Basic Pay: ₹85,290 per month

MMGS-II

• Starting Basic Pay: ₹64,820 per month
• Basic Pay increases by ₹2,340 after 1 year.
• Then it increases by ₹2,680 per year for 10 years.
• Maximum Basic Pay: ₹93,960 per month

MMGS-III

• Starting Basic Pay: ₹85,920 per month
• Basic Pay increases by ₹2,680 per year for 5 years.
• Then it increases by ₹2,980 per year for 2 years.
• Maximum Basic Pay: ₹1,05,280 per month

In addition to Basic Pay, candidates will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA and other allowances as per the rules in force from time to time.

Application Fee

• SC/ST/PWD Candidates: ₹175/- inclusive of GST.
• All Other Candidates including OBC & EWS: ₹1,000/- inclusive of GST.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on Online Examination followed by Interview. Candidates qualifying in the Online Examination will be called for Personal Interview.

The final merit list will be prepared by assigning 80% weightage to the Online Examination and 20% to the Interview.

The Online Examination will consist of 100 objective-type questions and the duration will be 2 hours. There will be minimum qualifying marks of 30% for reserved candidates and 35% for unreserved candidates. One-fourth of the mark allotted to the respective question will be deducted for a wrong answer, while there will be no penalty for an unattended question.

Candidates must register online and complete the application process. They are required to upload their photograph, signature, Left Thumb Impression and Handwritten Declaration as specified in the notification.
