- Fill the application form in Hindi or English.
- Attach a recent self-attested passport-size photograph.
- Attach all required self-attested supporting documents.
- Enclose a self-addressed envelope with a Rs.10 postage stamp.
- Add two extra passport-size photographs identical to the one attached to the application.
- Write clearly on the envelope: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ______ AND CATEGORY ______”.
