Qualification
- Relationship Manager: MBA in Marketing or Finance from a recognized university. NISM or equivalent capital market certification is preferred.
- Digital Marketing Specialist: Graduation, preferably in Computer Science or Visual Communication.
- Secretarial Officer – Trainee: Graduation. NISM certification is preferable.
- Dealer – Stock Broking Terminals: Graduation with NISM qualifications.

Salary Details
- Relationship Manager: Rs. 4.00 to Rs. 5.00 Lakh per year
- Digital Marketing Specialist: Rs. 5.00 to Rs. 8.00 Lakh per year
- Secretarial Officer – Trainee: Rs. 3.50 Lakh per year
- Dealer – Stock Broking Terminals: Rs. 4.20 Lakh per year
Age Limit
- Relationship Manager: As per official notification
- Digital Marketing Specialist: Minimum 26 years and Maximum 40 years
- Secretarial Officer – Trainee: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 35 years
- Dealer – Stock Broking Terminals: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 35 years
