Qualification

• Officer: B.Sc Agriculture with M.Sc Agriculture (60% marks) or B.Sc Agriculture / B.Tech with MBA or PGDBM in Marketing, Agribusiness Marketing or Rural Management. Minimum 2 years work experience required.
• Assistant Manager: B.Sc Agriculture with M.Sc Agriculture (60% marks) or B.Sc Agriculture / B.Tech with MBA or PGDBM in Marketing, Agribusiness Marketing or Rural Management. Minimum 7 years work experience required.
• Officer (Marketing): B.Sc Agriculture with M.Sc Agriculture (60% marks) or B.Sc Agriculture / B.Tech with MBA or PGDBM in Marketing, Agribusiness Marketing or Rural Management. Minimum 2 years experience required.
• Junior Engineer Assistant (Chemical): Three-year full-time Diploma in Chemical / Chemical Technology / Mechanical or B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry and Maths with minimum 50% marks and 5 years experience.
• Junior Engineer Assistant (UPH Operations): Three-year Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical with minimum 50% marks and 5 years experience.
• Junior Engineer Assistant (Quality Assurance Mechanical): Three-year Diploma in Mechanical with minimum 50% marks and 5 years experience.
• Junior Engineer Assistant (Instrumentation): Three-year Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Communication or related field with minimum 50% marks and 5 years experience.

Salary Details

• Engineer / Officer: Rs.40,000 – Rs.1,40,000 per month
• Assistant Manager: Rs.50,000 – Rs.1,60,000 per month
• Junior Engineer Assistant (Grade II): Rs.25,000 – Rs.86,400 per month

• Officer – Maximum 30 years
• Assistant Manager – Maximum 35 years
• Officer (Marketing) – Maximum 30 years
• Junior Engineer Assistant – Maximum 30 years
