Qualification

• Executive – Mining: Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Executive – Geology: Post Graduate Degree in Geology / Applied Geology.
• Executive – Environment Management: Degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology or related qualification.
• Executive – Safety & Fire Services: Engineering Degree with PG Diploma in Safety Management or B.Tech in Safety/Fire Engineering.
• Executive – Concentrator: B.E/B.Tech in Mineral Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Executive – Electrical: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Executive – Instrumentation: Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, or related field.
• Executive – Mechanical: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mining Machinery.
• Executive – Civil: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Executive – Systems: B.E/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science or MCA.
• Executive – M&HS: MBBS with PG Diploma or PG Degree/MS/MD/DNB.
• Executive – HR: Any Degree with MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or Social Work.
• Executive – Finance: CA or CMA qualification.
• Executive – Corporate Communications: Any Degree with PG Degree/Diploma in Public Relations or Journalism.
• Executive – Materials & Contracts: Any Degree with PG qualification in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or MBA in related specialization.
• Experience Required: E2 – 3 Years, E3 – 6 Years, E4 – 9 Years.

Salary Details

• Grade E2 Deputy Manager: Rs.50,000 – Rs.1,60,000 per month
• Grade E3 Manager: Rs.60,000 – Rs.1,80,000 per month
• Grade E4 Senior Manager: Rs.70,000 – Rs.2,00,000 per month

Age Limit

• Grade E2 Deputy Manager: Maximum 40 Years
• Grade E3 Manager: Maximum 42 Years
• Grade E4 Senior Manager: Maximum 47 Years
• Age will be calculated as on 25 June 2026.
• SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years Relaxation
• OBC (NCL) Candidates: 3 Years Relaxation
• PwBD Candidates: As per Government rules
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government norms
