Qualification
- Tuberculosis Health Visitor (NTEP): Bachelor Degree in Science or 10+2 Science with experience as Health Worker/MPW/LHV/ANM, Health Education or Counselling course, TB Health Visitor course, and computer certificate (minimum two months).
- Lab Technician (NTEP): 10+2 with Diploma or Certified Course in MLT or equivalent and one year experience in NTEP or Sputum Smear Microscopy.
- Counsellor (ICTC): Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development or Diploma in Nursing with experience in HIV/AIDS.
- Lab Technician (ICTC): DMLT (2 years) from state government approved institution or certificate course with more than five years ICTC experience.
- Audio Metric Assistant: One year DHLS course with training in handling ENT equipment.
- Siddha Dispenser: D.Pharm (AYUSH) or D.Pharm Integrated Pharmacy Course.
- Radiographer: B.Sc Radiography.
- Security Guard: Should be able to read and write and must have passed 8th standard.

- Tuberculosis Health Visitor (NTEP): Rs. 13,300/- per month
- Lab Technician (NTEP): Rs. 13,000/- per month
- Counsellor (ICTC): Rs. 18,000/- per month
- Lab Technician (ICTC): Rs. 13,000/- per month
- Audio Metric Assistant: Rs. 17,250/- per month
- Siddha Dispenser: Rs. 15,000/- per month
- Radiographer: Rs. 13,300/- per month
- Security Guard: Rs. 8,500/- per month
