Qualification
- Senior Manager posts: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering with minimum 65% marks and relevant experience.
- Manager (HR): MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma in HR, PM&IR, Labour Welfare or Master in Social Work with HR specialization and 65% marks.
- Engineer posts: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering in relevant disciplines with minimum 65% marks and experience.
- Jr. Draftsman posts: Diploma in relevant engineering discipline with minimum 65% marks.
- Junior Assistant Grade III (HR): Full-time BBA with minimum 60% marks.
- Junior Assistant Grade III (Hotel Management): Full-time Graduate in Hotel Management/Hospitality with minimum 60% marks.

- Senior Manager – Rs.90,000 to Rs.2,40,000/-
- Manager – Rs.80,000 to Rs.2,20,000/-
- Engineer – Rs.60,000 to Rs.1,80,000/-
- Jr. Draftsman Grade I – Rs.26,500 to Rs.1,15,000/-
