- Ayush Medical Officer (Siddha): Minimum Bachelor Degree – BSMS from a recognized university with proper registration.
- Dispenser (Homeopathy): Diploma in Pharmacy (Homeopathy) or Diploma in Integrated Pharmacy conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
- Dispenser (Siddha): Diploma in Pharmacy (Siddha) or Diploma in Integrated Pharmacy conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
- Female Therapeutic Assistant: Integrated Diploma in Nursing Therapy (Ayush).
- Multipurpose Hospital Worker: Must be able to read and write well in Tamil.
- Audiologist: Bachelor Degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology or B.Sc. (Speech and Hearing).
- Radiographer: Diploma in Radio Diagnostics Technology or B.Sc. Radiography from a recognized institution.
- Occupational Therapist: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university.
- Counselor: Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology or Human Development.
- Lab Technician: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a State Government-approved institution.
- MTM – Health Inspector (Grade-II): 12th with Biology/Botany and Zoology, Tamil as a subject at SSLC level, and two years of Multipurpose Health Worker (Male)/Health Inspector/Sanitary Inspector course training or the prescribed equivalent training certificate.
- Staff Nurse: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
- UHN: ANM qualification from a Government or Government-approved private ANM school recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, along with a registration certificate issued by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council.
