Qualification
- Project Coordinator: Post Graduate in Social Work/ Sociology/ Child Development/ Human Rights/ Psychology/ Law/ Public Health/ Community Resource Management OR Graduate in the same fields with 2 years’ experience in project work related to Women & Child Development or Social Welfare. Must have computer knowledge.
- Supervisor: Graduate in B.A Social Work/ Computer Science/ IT/ Community Sociology/ Social Sciences from a recognized university.
- Counsellor: Graduate in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Public Health/ Counselling OR PG Diploma in Counselling and Communication.
- Case Worker: Passed 12th standard from a recognized board. Good communication skills required. Preference for experienced candidates and those working in Emergency Helplines.

Salary Details
- Project Coordinator: Rs.28,000/- per month
- Supervisor: Rs.21,000/- per month
- Counsellor: Rs.23,000/- per month
- Case Worker: Rs.18,000/- per month
Age Limit
- Maximum Age Limit: 42 years
