CWC Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 327 Assistant Manager & Junior Executive Posts – Salary Up to ₹1,40,000

Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) has released a recruitment notification for 327 vacancies in various posts. CWC is a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India. Eligible candidates can apply online for Assistant Manager and Junior Executive posts. Candidates with postgraduate qualifications, engineering degrees, commerce qualifications and relevant science or agriculture degrees can apply for suitable posts. Qualification

Candidates must have the required educational qualification for the post they wish to apply for. The qualifications mentioned in the notification are given below.

• Assistant Manager (General): Two-year Postgraduate Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in any discipline.
• Assistant Manager (Technical): B.Tech or B.E. in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology Management or Biotechnology.
• Assistant Manager (Finance): A degree in Commerce with three years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounting, or a degree in any discipline with CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate qualification.
• Assistant Manager (Engineering) – Civil: B.E. in Civil Engineering or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Assistant Manager (Engineering) – Electrical: B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Assistant Manager (Engineering) – Mechanical: B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Junior Executive (General): A degree in any discipline with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
• Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or Chemistry, with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.

Additional experience required:

• Assistant Manager (Finance) requires three years of relevant post-qualification experience for the Commerce graduate route.
• The notification lists no experience requirement for the other advertised posts.

The educational qualification must be completed on or before 15th November 2026. Candidates appearing in their final year or final semester are not eligible to apply. Applicants should read the official notification for the full eligibility conditions.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive salary according to the pay scale mentioned in the CWC recruitment notification.

• Assistant Manager (General) – ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month (IDA pay scale).
• Assistant Manager (Technical) – ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month (IDA pay scale).
• Assistant Manager (Finance) – ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month (IDA pay scale).
• Assistant Manager (Engineering) – Civil – ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month (IDA pay scale).
• Assistant Manager (Engineering) – Electrical – ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month (IDA pay scale).
• Assistant Manager (Engineering) – Mechanical – ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month (IDA pay scale).
• Junior Executive (General) – ₹29,000 to ₹93,000 per month (IDA pay scale).
• Junior Executive (Technical) – ₹29,000 to ₹93,000 per month (IDA pay scale).

In addition to basic pay and IDA, eligible employees may receive other allowances, benefits and perks according to CWC rules and policies. The figures above are pay scales, not a guarantee of the exact monthly take-home salary.

Age Limit

The minimum age to apply for all the posts is 18 years. The maximum age limit for the advertised posts is 28 years for candidates in the unreserved category.

• Minimum Age – 18 Years
• Maximum Age – 28 Years
• Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) – 5 years of age relaxation.
• Other Backward Classes (OBC – Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 years of age relaxation.
• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) – 10 years of age relaxation.
• Eligible Ex-Servicemen – Age relaxation as specified in the notification.
• Persons affected by the 1984 riots – 5 years of age relaxation.

The age will be calculated as on 15th November 2026. The notification also provides specific rules for departmental candidates and combined age relaxation. Candidates should check the official notification to confirm their eligibility.

Application Fee

Candidates must pay the prescribed application fee and intimation charges through online payment only.

• SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen and Women candidates – Application fee: Nil; intimation charges: ₹500; total: ₹500.
• Unreserved (UR), EWS and OBC candidates – Application fee: ₹850; intimation charges: ₹500; total: ₹1,350.

The fee includes GST. Applicable payment gateway charges must be paid by the candidate. The application fee and intimation charges are non-refundable. Candidates should check the notification for the complete payment conditions.

Selection Process

The selection process will depend on the post applied for.

• Assistant Manager Posts: Online Test, Document Verification and Interview.
• Junior Executive Posts: Online Test and Document Verification.

The online examination will include sections based on the post, such as Reasoning and Computer Aptitude, English Language, Data Analysis and Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, Subject Knowledge and a Descriptive Test, as applicable.

Candidates who qualify in the online examination will be called for the next stage according to the recruitment rules. Final selection will depend on the applicable selection process, merit and successful document verification.
