Qualification
- Welfare Officer: Degree / Diploma in Social Work / Labour Welfare / Personnel Management
- Safety Officer: Engineering Degree with experience OR Diploma with experience + Industrial Safety qualification
- Supervisor: Diploma (3 years) in relevant engineering field or higher qualification
- Secretarial Assistant: Graduate with 55% marks, computer knowledge, stenography and typing skills
- Artist: BFA / Visual Arts / Graphics with 55% marks
- Junior Office Assistant: Any Degree with computer knowledge and typing skills
- Junior Technician: ITI Certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant trade

Salary Details
- Welfare Officer: ₹25,740 – ₹1,03,000 per month
- Safety Officer: ₹27,600 – ₹95,910 per month
- Supervisor / Assistant / Artist: ₹23,910 – ₹85,570 per month
- Junior Office Assistant: ₹21,340 – ₹77,160 per month
- Junior Technician: ₹18,780 – ₹67,390 per month
Age Limit
Age Range: 18 to 30 years
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
- OBC: 3 years relaxation
- PWD: 10 – 15 years relaxation
- Ex-Servicemen: As per government rules
