The vacancies cover different sports and events, including athletics, aquatics, archery, badminton, basketball, boxing, football, hockey, kabaddi, shooting, volleyball, wrestling, yoga and other sports listed in the official notification. The number of vacancies may change.
Qualification
Candidates must meet the educational and sports eligibility requirements for the post they choose.
- Head Constable (GD): Candidates must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board. Equivalent qualifications accepted under the notification are also allowed.
- Constable (GD): Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th standard) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Sports Qualification: Applicants must meet the prescribed sports achievement requirements, such as representing India, a State/UT, a university or school team, or securing the specified medals or positions in eligible competitions.
- The relevant sports achievement must fall within the period specified in the notification. The notification identifies the eligible achievement period as 30th September 2024 to 30th September 2026.
- Applicants must upload the required sports certificate or supporting document while applying.

Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive salary according to the 7th Central Pay Commission pay matrix.
- Head Constable (GD): ₹25,500 to ₹81,100 per month (Pay Level 4).
- Constable (GD): ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 per month (Pay Level 3).
- Other allowances, including Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA), will be provided as applicable under CRPF and Government rules.
Age Limit
The general age limit for both posts is 18 to 23 years as specified in the notification.

- Age will be determined using the date specified in the official notification.
- Age relaxation is available for eligible categories, including OBC, SC/ST and Ex-Servicemen, according to the applicable rules.

Selection Process
