Qualification
- Assistant Officer-in-Charge: Post Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health or Community Resource Management from a recognized University. At least 3 years of experience working with Government or Non-Government Organizations in documentation, training and capacity building, project formulation or implementation, monitoring and supervision, preferably in the field of Women & Child Development or Social Welfare. Proficiency in Computers.
- House Probation Officer: Graduate, preferably B.A. in Social Work, Sociology, Social Sciences or LLB from a recognized university. At least 2 years of experience working with Government, NGO or legal matters, preferably in the field of Women & Child Rights. Good understanding of Women & Child Rights and protection issues. Weightage for candidates with work experience. Proficiency in Computers.
- Counsellor: Master’s degree in Psychology. Preference may be given to candidates who have experience working with children in conflict with the law.
- Storekeeper and Accountant: Graduate in Commerce or Mathematics degree from a recognized university. At least 1 year of experience in the desired field. Computer skills and command on Tally.
- House Father / Mother: 12th pass from a recognized Board.
- Para-Medical Staff: 10th pass from a recognized Board and completed a training course for Nursing Assistant.
- Instructor: Diploma in Teacher Education (D.Ed.) or Bachelor’s Degree in Teacher Education.
- Art and Music Teacher: A Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Drawing and Painting or a Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Music.
- Yoga Trainer: Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Yoga.
- Cook: 08th pass.
- Night Watchman: 08th pass.
- House Keeper: 08th pass.

- Assistant Officer-in-Charge: Rs. 33,100/- per month
- House Probation Officer: Rs. 23,170/- per month
- Counsellor: Rs. 23,170/- per month
- Storekeeper and Accountant: Rs. 18,536/- per month
- House Father / Mother: Rs. 14,564/- per month
- Para-Medical Staff: Rs. 11,916/- per month
- Instructor: Rs. 10,000/- per month
- Art and Music Teacher: Rs. 10,000/- per month
- Yoga Trainer: Rs. 10,000/- per month
- Cook: Rs. 9,930/- per month
- Night Watchman: Rs. 7,944/- per month
- House Keeper: Rs. 7,944/- per month
