- Medical Officer: M.B.B.S
- ECG Technician: Diploma in ECG Technician

- Radiographer: Diploma / B.Sc in Radiography
- Ortho Plaster Technician: Diploma in POP Technician
- Pharmacist: Diploma in Pharmacy / B.Pharm / Pharm.D
- Physiotherapist: B.PT / M.PT
- Audiometric Technician: Diploma in Audiometry
- CSSD Technician: Diploma in CSSD
- Social Worker: BSW or MSW
- Staff Nurse: GNM / B.Sc (Nursing) from institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council

Salary Details
- Medical Officer (Junior Resident): Rs.60,000/- per month
- Staff Nurse: Rs.18,000/- per month
- All Other Posts: Rs.15,000/- per month
