Qualification
- Mandatory qualification for all posts: Graduation in any discipline
- Preferred qualification: Full Time MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Finance
- Assistant Vice President I – MSME Relationship: Minimum 5 years experience in Asset Sales with Bank / NBFC / Financial Institution
- Deputy Manager – MSME Relationship: Minimum 3 years experience in Asset Sales with Bank / NBFC / Financial Institution
- Assistant Manager – MSME Sales: Minimum 2 years experience in Asset Sales with Bank / NBFC / Financial Institution
- Experience in MSME loan products will be an added advantage

- Salary will be decided based on qualification, experience, last drawn salary and market standards
