Qualification
- Junior Technician: NTC/NAC in the relevant trade issued by NCVT.
- Junior Manager: B.E./B.Tech, Degree with MBA/PG Diploma, M.A. Hindi or equivalent qualification based on the post.
- Assistant Manager: B.E./B.Tech, MBA Finance, Company Secretary qualification or equivalent.
- Deputy Manager: B.E./B.Tech, MBA, Journalism & Mass Communication or relevant qualification depending on the post.
- Senior Manager: B.E./B.Tech, MCA or equivalent with required experience.
- Deputy General Manager: Graduate Degree with Company Secretary qualification and experience.
- Additional General Manager: Retired Indian Army Officer (Colonel or above) with required experience.
- Consultant: Chartered Accountant with relevant Government/PSU experience.
