Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in India or equivalent qualification
- English shorthand speed of 100 words per minute
- English typing speed of 40 words per minute

- Private Secretary Grade-I – Level 10 Pay Scale: Rs.56,100 – Rs.1,77,500 per month
