National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) has released a new recruitment notification for 61 Field Representative and Management Trainee posts across India. Candidates who have completed Diploma, B.E/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, CA and other related qualifications can apply for these posts. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary from Rs.21,500 to Rs.1,40,000. Interested applicants can apply online before 12th June 2026.

Qualification
- Field Representative: Candidates should have completed Regular Full Time Diploma / Polytechnic (minimum 2 years) in Agriculture or Agriculture related discipline from a Government recognized institute with minimum 50% marks. For SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates minimum 45% marks is required. Horticulture Diploma candidates are not eligible.
- Management Trainee (Marketing): MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Agribusiness OR B.Sc Agriculture with M.Sc Agriculture.
- Management Trainee (F&A): CA/CMA/ICWA OR MBA/PGDM in Finance.
- Management Trainee (Materials): B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Material Science OR MBA in Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Management Trainee (IT): B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT OR MCA.
- Management Trainee (Electrical): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/EEE OR AMIE.
- Management Trainee (Chemical): B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering OR AMIE.

- Field Representative Salary: Rs.21,500 – 52,000/- per month
- Management Trainee Salary: Rs.40,000 – 1,40,000/- per month

- Management Trainee: 18 to 30 Years
