Qualification
- Candidates must have a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university approved by the Government of India.
- Desirable Qualification: 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management.
- Professional certifications such as NISM or IRDA will be an added advantage.
- AVP II – Group Head: Minimum 10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, or Investments. Candidates should have handled a large team of Relationship Managers at regional level for at least 5 years.
- AVP II – Territory Head: Minimum 6 years of experience in Relationship Management in Wealth Management, including 2 years as a Team Lead.
- Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management in banks, broking firms, or asset management companies.
- Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or Investment Counsellor in Wealth Management with knowledge of mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIF and other investment products.

Salary Details
- Salary will be provided as per Bank of Baroda rules and policies depending on the post and experience.
Age Limit
- AVP II – Group Head: Minimum 31 years and Maximum 45 years
- AVP II – Territory Head: Minimum 27 years and Maximum 40 years
- Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager: Minimum 24 years and Maximum 35 years
- Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist (Investment and Insurance): Minimum 24 years and Maximum 45 years
- Age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 years relaxation
- OBC (NCL) Candidates: 3 years relaxation
- Persons with Disabilities: 10 years for UR, 13 years for OBC, 15 years for SC/ST
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government policy
