Post Details
LIC Housing Finance Limited is inviting applications from eligible graduates for its apprenticeship programme. A total of 232 vacancies are available in different cities across India.

This programme is intended to provide on-the-job training. Apprentices will gain practical experience and learn about the financial services sector. Please note that this apprenticeship is training, not regular employment. LIC HFL has not promised full-time employment after the training period.
Qualification
- Candidates must have completed graduation in any stream from a university or institute recognized by UGC or AICTE.
- The degree must have been completed on or before 1st October 2026.
- Candidates must not have completed their graduation before 1st October 2001, as stated in the notification.
- Candidates must not have an ongoing, terminated, or completed apprenticeship contract with another organization.
- Eligible candidates must register on the Government of India’s NATS apprenticeship portal before completing the further application process.
Salary Details
The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during the 12-month apprenticeship period.
- Metro Cities: ₹16,650 per month
- Other Cities: ₹14,150 per month
The metro cities listed in the notification are Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, and Surat. The applicable stipend will depend on the training location.

- Maximum Age: 25 Years

Application Fee
The application and examination charges must be paid online. The fees are non-refundable.

- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): ₹200 plus GST

- General / EWS / OBC Female and Transgender Candidates: ₹600 plus GST

The online examination will be conducted by BFSI Sector Skill Council of India. Candidates shortlisted based on the examination results will be invited for document verification and a personal interview at LIC HFL offices.
