Chennai OSC Recruitment 2025 – Apply for 13 Multi Purpose Helper and Other Posts

The One Stop Centre (OSC) under the District Social Welfare Office, Chennai, has released a new notification for the recruitment of 13 vacancies. The posts include Centre Administrator, Senior Counselor, IT Administrator, Case Worker, Security Guard, and Multi Purpose Helper. Qualification

• Centre Administrator: Master’s in Social Work / Psychology / Development with 4 years admin experience in women-related projects. Must be a local resident and female. Work involves 3 shifts.
• Senior Counselor: MSW / MSc Counseling Psychology with 2 years admin and 1-year counseling experience. Must be a Chennai resident and female.
• IT Administrator: B.Tech / B.Sc / Diploma in Computers or IT with 3 years experience in data management & reporting. Must be a local female resident. 3-shift work.
• Case Worker: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work / MSc Counseling Psychology with 1-year experience in handling violence against women. Must be a local female resident. 3-shift work.
• Security Guard: 10th Pass with 2 years of security experience. Must be a local female resident. Shift duty required.
• Multi Purpose Helper: 10th Pass with experience in housekeeping, shelter homes, or cooking. Must be a local female resident. 3-shift work.

Salary Details

• Centre Administrator – Rs. 35,000/- per month
• Senior Counselor – Rs. 22,000/- per month
• IT Administrator – Rs. 20,000/- per month
• Case Worker – Rs. 18,000/- per month
• Security Guard – Rs. 12,000/- per month
• Multi Purpose Helper – Rs. 10,000/- per month

Age Limit

• Case Worker – Up to 35 Years
• For other posts – As per official notification
