Qualification
Candidates must meet the following educational qualifications to apply for Canara Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026.
- Candidates must have a Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Graduation must have been completed between 1st January 2023 and 1st September 2026.
- Candidates must have a 100% completed profile on the NATS portal.
- Candidates must not have completed or be currently undergoing apprenticeship training with Canara Bank or another organization.
- Candidates with one or more years of job experience after completing their educational qualification are not eligible.
- Candidates must meet the local language requirements of the selected State.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during the 12-month apprenticeship training period.
- Monthly Stipend: Rs. 16,650
- Canara Bank Contribution: Rs. 10,500 per month
- Government of India Contribution: Rs. 6,150 per month through DBT
- Training Period: 12 Months
Apprentices will not receive other allowances or employee benefits. This apprenticeship training does not guarantee regular employment in Canara Bank.
Age Limit
The age limit for Canara Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026 is as follows:
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 28 Years
Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules mentioned in the notification.
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 Years
- PwBD Candidates: 10 Years
- Widows, divorced women and legally separated women who have not remarried: As per category-wise limits mentioned in the notification.
Application Fee
Candidates must pay the application fee as mentioned below.
- SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: No Fee
- All Other Candidates: Rs. 500 (including intimation charges and GST)

Selection Process
