- Diploma: Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Civil, Information Science/Computer Science and other allied branches
- Degree Apprentices: BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA/B.Sc/BBA, BCA/B.Sc.IT/BBA
- Trade Apprentices: Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA), Electrician, Electronic & Mechanic, Fitter, Machinist, Mechanic Diesel, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Turner, Welder, Mechanic Auto Electrical & Electronics, Tool and Die Making, Carpenter, Plumber, MMV (Mechanic Motor Vehicle), SMW (Sheet Metal Worker)
The number of training slots is provisional/tentative and may vary according to the actual requirement of the company and reservation under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
- Graduate (Technical): 4-year full-time Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical Electronics, Civil, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Automobile, Information Science, E&T, AI & ML and Aeronautical.
- Graduates (General): 3-year full-time graduation in B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA and BBA(HR).
- Diploma: 3-year full-time Diploma in Electrical Electronics, Civil, Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Automobile, Instrumentation and Mechanical Engineering.
- ITI: Full-time 2-year or 1-year course based on trade in Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, COPA, Mechanic Diesel, Carpenter, TDM, Sheet Metal, Plumber, MAEE, MMV and Electronic Mechanic.
Candidates must have passed the final examination within three years from the closing date of application. Candidates awaiting final examination results, candidates below 17 years of age, and candidates who have undergone or are undergoing apprenticeship training in any organization for any duration are not eligible. Full-time regular qualifications from a recognised institute/university are required. Part-time, correspondence, distance education and online qualifications are not eligible.
Salary Details
- Graduate (Technical): ₹12,300/- per month
- Graduates (General): ₹12,300/- per month
- Diploma: ₹10,900/- per month
- ITI: ₹9,600/- or ₹10,560/- per month based on trade
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 17 years
- Candidates must be 17 years old or above at the time of application.
Application Fee
There is no application fee.
Selection Process
- Applications will be screened as per the eligibility criteria and prescribed qualification.
- A merit list will be prepared category-wise for the respective trade in each location.
- Eligible candidates will be called for document and certificate verification in the ratio of 1:5 with respect to the training slots.
- The provisional merit list will be prepared based on the percentage of marks obtained in the final qualifying examination.
- Offer of Engagement will be issued to candidates found eligible after document verification, subject to availability of training slots.
- Engagement will be made in merit order after accepting the tri-partite apprenticeship contract on the NATS/NAPS website and submitting the required medical certificate and police verification certificate.

- For ITI candidates, first register as a candidate/student on NAPS at https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and complete/update the profile with all required documents.
- For Degree/Diploma in Engineering candidates, register on NATS at https://nats.education.gov.in and complete/update the profile with all required documents.
- After getting the NAPS/NATS registration or enrolment number, visit https://recruitment.bemlindia.in.
- Go to Apprentices → Login/Registration.
- Submit the application online through the official BEML website.
- No other mode of application will be accepted.
