SINP Recruitment 2026 Notification Out: Apply Online for 62 Clerk, Technician & Scientist Posts

The Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics (SINP) has released the SINP Recruitment 2026 notification for 62 vacancies in various posts. Eligible candidates can apply online for Scientist ‘C’, Scientific Assistant ‘B’, Technician ‘B’, Assistant Administrative Officer-I, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Security Guard ‘A’, Work Assistant ‘A’, and Halwai-Cook posts. Qualification

• Scientist ‘C’: M.Sc. in Physics, Applied Physics, Optics, Photonics, or Electronics.
• Scientific Assistant ‘B’: Diploma in Computer, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Refrigeration, or relevant discipline with required experience.
• Technician ‘B’: 10th/12th Pass with ITI and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Assistant Administrative Officer-I: Officers holding an analogous post in DAE/Aided Institutions or having at least 3 years of regular service in Pay Level-6.
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Graduate with at least 50% marks, English Typing Speed of 35 WPM, Computer Course Certificate. Knowledge of MS Office and Tally is desirable.
• Security Guard ‘A’: SSC or equivalent. Ex-servicemen should have at least 15 years of military service. Candidates must meet Government physical standards.
• Work Assistant ‘A’: SSC or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience. ITI holders will be given preference.
• Halwai-Cook: 10th Pass with Catering Certificate/Diploma and 2 years of experience. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation is required.

Salary Details

• Scientist ‘C’ – ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500 per month
• Scientific Assistant ‘B’ – ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400 per month
• Technician ‘B’ – ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 per month
• Assistant Administrative Officer-I – ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400 per month
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – ₹19,900 to ₹63,200 per month
• Security Guard ‘A’ – ₹18,000 to ₹56,900 per month
• Work Assistant ‘A’ – ₹18,000 to ₹56,900 per month
• Halwai-Cook – ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 per month

Age Limit

• Scientist ‘C’ – Up to 33 years
• Scientific Assistant ‘B’ – Up to 30 years
• Technician ‘B’ – Up to 25 years
• Assistant Administrative Officer-I – 21 to 35 years
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – Up to 27 years
• Security Guard ‘A’ – Up to 27 years
• Work Assistant ‘A’ – Up to 27 years
• Halwai-Cook – Up to 25 years
• SC/ST – 5 years relaxation
• OBC (NCL) – 3 years relaxation
• PwBD (UR) – 10 years relaxation
