Qualification
- Medical Officer: MBBS
- Psychiatric Social Worker: M.A. Social Work (Medical & Psychiatry) or Master of Social Work (Medical & Psychiatry) with 6 months training at an identified institution.
- Staff Nurse (MLHP): DGNM or B.Sc. Nursing
- Health Inspector: Passed 12th with Biology or Botany & Zoology, Tamil as a subject in SSLC, and completed a 2-year Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector Course.
- ANM: 2-Year ANM Course from a recognized institution.
- Data Entry Operator (DEO): Any Degree with 1-Year PG Diploma in Computer Application and Typewriting in English & Tamil (Lower).
- Hospital Worker/Support Staff: Minimum 8th Pass and able to read.

- Medical Officer – Rs. 63,000/- per month
- Psychiatric Social Worker – Rs. 27,000/- per month
- Staff Nurse (MLHP) – Rs. 21,000/- per month
- Health Inspector – Rs. 17,500/- per month
- ANM – Rs. 17,500/- per month
- Data Entry Operator (DEO) – Rs. 17,500/- per month
- Hospital Worker/Support Staff – Rs. 11,000/- per month
