- Trade Apprentice (Attendant Operator): Three-year B.Sc. with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry.
- Trade Apprentice (Fitter): 10th Pass with ITI in Fitter Trade.
- Trade Apprentice (Boiler): Three-year B.Sc. with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry.
- Technician Apprentice (Chemical): Three-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Petrochemical Engineering/Chemical Technology/Refinery & Petrochemical Engineering.
- Technician Apprentice (Mechanical): Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Technician Apprentice (Electrical): Three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Technician Apprentice (Instrumentation): Three-year Diploma in Instrumentation or related discipline.
- Trade Apprentice (Secretarial Assistant): B.A./B.Sc./B.Com Degree.
- Trade Apprentice (Accountant): B.Com Degree.
- Trade Apprentice DEO (Fresher): 12th Pass.
- Trade Apprentice DEO (Skill Certificate Holder): 12th Pass with Domestic Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate.

Salary Details
- Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act and IOCL rules.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 24 Years
- Age will be calculated as on 30 June 2026.
- SC/ST: 5 Years Relaxation
- OBC (NCL): 3 Years Relaxation
- PwBD (UR): 10 Years Relaxation
- PwBD (OBC): 13 Years Relaxation
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 Years Relaxation
