CCRS Chennai Recruitment 2026: 13 JRF, SRF & RA Posts – Apply Offline

Central Council for Research in Siddha (CCRS), Chennai has released a new recruitment notification for 13 vacancies on contract basis. The recruitment includes Research Associate, Senior Research Fellow, Junior Research Fellow, and Consultant posts. Qualification

• Research Associate (Siddha) – I: Post Graduate Degree in Siddha Medicine recognized under NCISM with registration in Central/State Register of Indian Medicine/Siddha.
• Research Associate (Machine Learning/Data): M.Tech / M.Sc / MCA / M.E / PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, IT or related subjects with experience in machine learning or data science.
• Senior Research Fellow (Publication): MSc in Life Science subjects with minimum 2 years experience in scientific publication or journal management.
• Senior Research Fellow (Tamil): Post Graduate Degree in Tamil from a recognized university.
• Senior Research Fellow (Hindi): Post Graduate Degree in Hindi from a recognized university.
• Junior Research Fellow (Pharmacovigilance): Graduate Degree in Siddha Medicine from recognized institution under NCISM.
• Junior Research Fellow (Botany): Post Graduate Degree in Botany or Degree with CSIR-UGC NET/GATE qualification.
• Consultant (Admin): Graduate Degree with retired Government officer experience in administration, establishment, accounts, vigilance, or court matters.

Salary Details

• Research Associate (Siddha) – I – Rs.58,000/- per month + HRA
• Research Associate (Machine Learning/Data) – Rs.58,000/- per month + HRA
• Senior Research Fellow (Publication) – Rs.42,000/- per month + HRA
• Senior Research Fellow (Tamil) – Rs.42,000/- per month + HRA
• Senior Research Fellow (Hindi) – Rs.42,000/- per month + HRA
• Junior Research Fellow (Pharmacovigilance) – Rs.37,000/- per month + HRA
• Junior Research Fellow (Botany) – Rs.37,000/- per month + HRA
• Consultant (Admin) – Salary as per government rules and pension deduction norms

Age Limit

• Research Associate Posts – Not exceeding 40 years
• Senior Research Fellow Posts – Not exceeding 35 years
• Junior Research Fellow Posts – Not exceeding 28 years
• Consultant (Admin) – Not more than 64 years
• Age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
