Qualification
- General Manager: Engineering Degree in Chemical / Pulp & Paper Technology or related field with strong experience.
- Deputy General Manager: Engineering or Degree with MBA (Marketing).
- Assistant General Manager: Degree or Engineering with MBA (Marketing).
- Assistant Manager (Cement Marketing): Degree/Engineering with MBA (Marketing).
- Assistant Manager (Laboratory): B.Sc + M.Sc Chemistry or B.E/B.Tech in Pulp & Paper Technology.
- Experience: Required from 8 to 29 years depending on post.

- General Manager: Rs.1,02,500 – 2,14,790/-
- Deputy General Manager: Rs.86,600 – 1,81,500/-
- Assistant General Manager: Rs.70,100 – 1,46,960/-
- Assistant Manager: Rs.31,100 – 65,350/-
Age Limit
- General Manager: 49 to 55 Years
- Deputy General Manager: 46 to 55 Years
- Assistant General Manager: 43 to 50 Years
- Assistant Manager: 28 to 40 Years
