NIT Patna Recruitment 2026 Apply Online for 38 Non-Teaching Posts

The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna has released an official recruitment notification to fill 38 Non-Teaching posts in different departments. These posts include Assistant Registrar, Assistant Librarian, Technician, Technical Assistant, Junior Assistant, and Superintendent. Qualification

• Assistant Registrar: Master’s Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
• Assistant Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 60% marks and qualification in NET/SLET/SET.
• Technician: 10th or 12th with Science along with ITI in relevant trade or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Technical Assistant: First class BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering field or First class Diploma in Engineering.
• Junior Assistant: 12th pass with typing speed of 35 words per minute and knowledge of computer applications.
• Superintendent: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Master’s Degree with knowledge of computer applications.

• Assistant Registrar – Rs.15,600 – 39,100/-
• Assistant Librarian – Rs.15,600 – 39,100/-
• Technician – Rs.5,200 – 20,200/-
• Technical Assistant – Rs.9,300 – 34,800/-
• Junior Assistant – Rs.5,200 – 20,200/-
• Superintendent – Rs.9,300 – 34,800/-

Age Limit

• Assistant Registrar – Maximum 35 years
• Assistant Librarian – Maximum 35 years
• Technician – Maximum 27 years
• Technical Assistant – Maximum 30 years
• Junior Assistant – Maximum 27 years
• Superintendent – Maximum 30 years
• Age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
