NBCC Recruitment 2026: 59 JE, Graduate Assistant & Manager Posts – Apply Online

NBCC (India) Limited has released the official recruitment notification (No: 01/2026) to fill 59 vacancies in different posts such as Junior Engineer, Graduate Assistant, Senior Project Executive, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager, and General Manager. Candidates who have qualifications like Diploma, B.E/B.Tech, B.Arch, MBA, CA, or other related degrees can apply for these posts. Qualification

• General Manager (Engineering): Full time Degree in Civil Engineering with 15 years experience.
• Manager (Architecture and Planning): Degree in Architecture with minimum 60% marks and 6 years experience.
• Deputy Manager (Company Secretary): Qualified Company Secretary with 3 years experience.
• Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication): PG Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism or PR with 2 years experience.
• Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha): Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with translation diploma and 2 years experience.
• Assistant Manager (HRM): MBA / MSW / PG Degree or Diploma in HRM / PM / IR with 2 years experience.
• Senior Project Executive (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years experience.
• Assistant Manager (PHE): Degree in Civil Engineering with Master’s Degree in Public Health Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Graduate Assistant: Degree in any discipline with certificate or diploma in IT / Networking / System Administration.
• Junior Engineer (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical): Diploma in respective Engineering discipline.

Salary Details

• General Manager (E-6): Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000 per month
• Manager (E-3): Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000 per month
• Deputy Manager (E-2): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 per month
• Assistant Manager / Sr Project Executive (E-1): Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 per month
• Graduate Assistant (E-0): Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000 per month
• Junior Engineer (S-3): Rs. 27,270 per month

Age Limit

• General Manager: Maximum 54 Years
• Manager: Maximum 37 Years
• Deputy Manager: Maximum 33 Years
• Assistant Manager / Sr Project Executive: Maximum 30 Years
• Graduate Assistant: Maximum 28 Years
• Junior Engineer: Maximum 28 Years
• Age relaxation will be given as per government rules.
