Qualification
- Assistant Manager – Grade ‘A’: Candidates must have completed any Graduate degree. Minimum 2 years experience in Banking, Financial Services or Insurance (BFSI) sector is required.
- Junior Assistant Manager (JAM – Grade ‘O’): Candidates must have completed any Graduate degree from a recognized university. Basic computer knowledge is required.

Salary Details
- Assistant Manager – Grade ‘A’ Basic Pay: Rs.36,000 per month
- Gross Salary: Around Rs.60,000 – Rs.65,000 per month including allowances
- In-hand Salary: Around Rs.50,000 – Rs.55,000 per month
- JAM – Grade ‘O’ Training Period (First 6 Months): Rs.5,000 stipend per month
- Internship Period (Next 2 Months): Rs.15,000 stipend per month
- After joining as JAM – Grade ‘O’: CTC around Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh per year
Age Limit
- Assistant Manager – Grade ‘A’: 21 to 30 years
- Junior Assistant Manager (JAM – Grade ‘O’): 20 to 25 years
- Age relaxation will be provided as per government rules
- SC / ST: 5 years relaxation
- OBC: 3 years relaxation
- PwBD: 10 to 15 years relaxation depending on category
