HPCL Recruitment 2026: 612 Graduate Apprentice Trainee Posts – Apply Online

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has released a new recruitment notification for Graduate Apprentice Trainee (Engineering) posts. A total of 612 vacancies are available across India. Candidates who have completed B.E/B.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines can apply online. The online application facility is available from 16 February 2026 to 02 March 2026. Qualification

• Candidates must possess B.E/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• UR/OBC-NC candidates must have minimum 60% aggregate marks.
• SC/ST/PwBD candidates must have minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• Only candidates who completed engineering on or after 01.04.2023 are eligible.
• Candidates who completed engineering before 01.04.2023 are not eligible.

Salary Details

• Graduate Apprentice Trainee: Rs. 25,000 per month

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 25 years
• Age Relaxation:
• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years
