- Library – Documentation Officer: M.Lib / M.LIS OR Master’s Degree with B.Lib and 3 years experience.
- Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience in admin/accounts and computer knowledge.
- Consultant (Administration): Retired from Pay Level 10 with admin and legal experience.
- Consultant (Academics): Retired from Pay Level 10 with academic and examination experience.

- Controller of Examination: PB-4 (Rs.37,400 – 67,000) AGP Rs.8,700
- Finance Officer: PB-3 (Rs.15,600 – 39,100) GP Rs.7,600
- Library – Documentation Officer: PB-2 (Rs.9,300 – 34,800) GP Rs.4,600
- Assistant: PB-1 (Rs.5,200 – 20,200) GP Rs.2,400
